Yes. Split a single order across cuffed, pom pom, fisherman, waffle knit, fleece lined and leather patch beanies, or across two or three yarn colors, and the whole quantity still counts toward the same volume tier.

Yes. We keep your digitized embroidery file, yarn color codes, patch layout and stitch settings on file, so next winter’s reorder comes off the machine matching the run before it — just give us the original order number. Yarn is dyed in lots, so we work from the same shade reference and flag you in advance if a color needs re-matching.

Yes — our designers redraw logos, digitize artwork for embroidery and lay out leather patches free, with unlimited free revisions until you approve.

Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF, SVG) are ideal, but high-resolution JPGs and PNGs work too — we clean them up and digitize them free. If all you have is the logo off your own website, send that and our team rebuilds it clean.

Always. Nothing is stitched until you approve the free digital mockup showing exact logo size, position and yarn color on the beanie.

As closely as yarn allows. Dyed yarn does not hit a Pantone chip the way ink on paper does, so we pull the nearest shades from our dye range, show them beside your color on the mockup and tell you honestly where the gap is. Embroidery thread is the closer match — thread ranges map to Pantone tightly, so brand colors usually land exactly on the logo even when the hat body is a shade off. For a full run in an exact house color we can custom-dye the yarn; ask early, because dyeing adds time to the schedule.

Four that we recommend. Flat embroidery is the standard — thread stitched into the cuff, durable and readable across a room. 3D puff embroidery lifts the stitching for a bolder mark. A woven label is a small fabric tag sewn to the cuff, and it handles fine lettering and gradients that thread cannot. A laser-engraved leather or leather-look patch, stitched down on all four sides, reproduces thin serifs and detailed crests best of all. Screen printing is possible on a smooth, tight knit but we rarely advise it: ink sits on top of a stretchy textured surface and cracks over a season, so we steer buyers toward stitched or engraved marks that move with the knit.

Yes. A woven inside label carrying your brand — plus fiber content and care instructions if you want them — is available on every style. It is the detail that makes a beanie read as retail stock rather than a handout.

Most cuff embroidery runs about 2 in tall and 3.5 in wide on a standard folded cuff; a short fisherman roll gives you roughly 2 in of height and less width. A second mark on the back of the hat, or a small tag at the cuff seam, can be added to any style. The free mockup shows every location at true size before a stitch runs.

Soft acrylic rib knit as standard: warm, non-itchy and machine washable. Add a brushed fleece lining for outdoor shifts, and wash cold and lay flat to keep the shape.

Acrylic is our default and covers most orders: it holds saturated color, resists shrinking and felting, works out lowest per hat at bulk quantities and washes without ceremony. Merino wool is warmer for its weight, breathes better over a long outdoor day and feels more premium in the hand, but it wants a cold gentle wash and a buyer who will pass that on. Cotton and cotton blends are the lightest option, good for autumn and spring or indoor crews, though they hold less heat and can relax over time. Outfitting a mixed crowd, acrylic is the safe answer; stocking a shelf for an outdoor brand, merino earns its place.

Three, broadly. A fine gauge yarn makes a light, close-fitting hat that shows embroidery detail crisply and packs flat. A mid-weight yarn is the everyday standard — the double-layer rib most buyers picture when they say beanie. A heavy gauge yarn gives a chunky, structured knit that holds a fisherman roll upright and reads as a real winter piece on a shelf. Heavier yarn is warmer and takes bolder artwork; finer yarn holds small text better. We tell you which suits your logo when the mockup goes out.

Yes, in useful ways. A cuffed beanie folds the knit back on itself, so the brow is double thickness and the hat sits shorter and snugger — warmest at the ears, and the flat cuff gives decoration a stable panel to sit on. An uncuffed beanie, sold as a slouch or a rolled watch cap, keeps its full length, sits looser over the crown and lets the wearer decide how far to turn it up. Uncuffed hats read longer on the head, so for a mixed group a cuffed style is the more forgiving fit.

Nearly. Rib knit stretches a long way and one adult size covers most heads comfortably. Where it matters we spec more: a roomier cut for crews wearing a hat under a hard hat, a shorter youth size for schools and family events, and a deeper crown for anyone who wants extra slouch. Tell us who is wearing them and we recommend the cut before you approve the mockup.

Two ways. A sewn pom is fixed permanently at the crown and is the sturdier choice for hats that get handled hard. A snap-on pom clips to a fitting at the crown, so one hat wears as a plain cuffed beanie or a pom beanie and the pom comes off before a wash. Poms are high-pile faux fur or wound yarn, tonal or contrast, and the mockup shows the pairing against your body color before you commit.

Warmth exactly where cold gets in. A brushed microfleece lining across the brow covers the forehead and ears while leaving the crown breathable, which suits crews moving between a truck cab and an outdoor shift. A full lining covers the whole inside for people standing still in wind. Both sit under the knit shell, so the outside of the hat, and your logo on it, look no different. Lining does add bulk, so tell us if the hats have to fit under a hard hat or a helmet.

Folded and bulk packed in cartons, sorted by style and color, with a packing list on the outside so a stockroom can count them in without opening every box. If the hats go straight onto a merch shelf or into gift kits, ask for individual polybags, a hangtag or a folded retail presentation and we quote it alongside the order.

Yes. Send a distribution list with the order — quantities, styles and colors per location — and each carton goes where it needs to go, with its own tracking. It is the usual arrangement for franchises, regional crews and remote teams, and it beats shipping everything to one office and paying to forward it again.

Acrylic holds its color through a season of washing and will not felt or shrink the way an untreated wool blend does — that is exactly why we knit in it as standard. Wash cold on a gentle cycle, skip the fabric softener and lay the hat flat to dry rather than tumbling it; heat is what relaxes a knit out of shape. Embroidery and stitched patches come through the same treatment unchanged. Merino asks for more care: cold water, a wool-safe detergent, always flat to dry.
