Shipping Policy

Every order from Get Custom Beanies is knitted and decorated to your approved artwork and specifications, so shipping timelines begin after your mockup is approved and production is complete. The information below is provided to help you plan; it is an estimate, not a guarantee.

Production & timelines

Standard production and delivery takes 2 weeks (faster turnaround available with express shipping), measured from the moment you approve your mockup rather than from your first enquiry. Transit time varies by destination and by the service level chosen for your order. If you have a firm in-hands date — a cold snap, a holiday market, an event weekend — tell us before you order and we will confirm what is achievable.

Shipping costs

Shipping is quoted with your order and depends on quantity, total weight, packaging and destination. Beanies are light and compress well, so freight on a knit order is usually modest relative to its size. We include estimated shipping in your quote so there are no surprises, and for large or time-sensitive runs we can present several service-level options.

Destinations

We ship nationwide across the United States, and internationally on request. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes and additional transit time, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Packaging

Beanies arrive folded and bulk packed in cartons, sorted by style and yarn color, with a packing list on the outside so a stockroom can check the order in without opening every box. If the hats are going straight to a merch shelf or into gift kits, ask about individual polybags, hangtags or a folded retail presentation and we will quote it alongside the order.

Multiple addresses & tracking

We can split a single run across several addresses — useful for franchises, regional crews, campus locations and remote teams — when you send a distribution list with quantities, styles and colors per location. Each carton ships with its own tracking, which is provided as soon as the order leaves us.

Delays

Estimated dates may be affected by carrier delays, winter weather, customs, or other factors outside our control. Autumn is the busiest season in knitwear, so ordering early is the surest protection against a tight date. We will always communicate proactively if anything changes, but transit times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
