Most branded winter hats are an afterthought: a thin single-layer knit, a logo stitched too big and too tight, handed out at a booth and abandoned in a drawer by January. We started Get Custom Beanies because a beanie is the rare piece of company gear people put on by choice — it rides in the truck, it turns up in every group photo, it outlives three seasons of branded shirts. That only happens if the hat is genuinely good.

So we build them the way an apparel label would. Double-layer acrylic rib knit that holds its shape and its color. Embroidery digitized for stretch knit, so small text stays readable instead of pulling the ribs together. Woven labels and laser-engraved leather patches when thread is the wrong tool. A custom label inside, if you want the hat to read as retail stock rather than a giveaway. And a free mockup on the real texture within 24 hours, revised as many times as you need, before a single stitch runs. Minimum order is 12, because a first run should be a test, not a commitment.
