Return Policy

Every beanie we make is knitted and decorated to order against the artwork and specifications you approve. For that reason, all sales are final — we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on custom orders.

Our production guarantee

We stand behind our work. If your order arrives defective or does not match the mockup you approved, we will remake or replace the affected beanies at no cost to you. That covers a manufacturing or decoration error on our end — a misplaced cuff logo, a lifted patch, a knitting fault. It does not cover a change of mind, the wrong quantity being ordered, or artwork that was approved and then reconsidered.

Why the free mockup matters

The free mockup-and-approval step exists precisely so there are no surprises. Before anything is knitted you see your logo at true size, in position on the cuff, in the yarn color you chose, and you can revise it as many times as you need at no charge. Production only starts once you approve, which is what lets us keep the minimum at 12 beanies and turnaround at 2 weeks on fully custom goods.

A note on yarn and color

Yarn is dyed in lots, and dyed fiber does not reproduce a Pantone reference as exactly as ink on paper. Slight shade variation between lots, and a small difference between an on-screen mockup and the finished hat, are normal characteristics of knitwear rather than defects. We show you the closest available shades before you approve and flag any color we think will not meet your expectation.

Reporting an issue
